Founded and headquartered in Buffalo, NY, New Era Cap is a global brand of sport, style, culture and self-expression for headgear and apparel. Rhea teamed up with their creative team to produce a video celebrating the achievements of 9 powerhouse women with roots in Buffalo who empower every imaginable role with reality, worth and dignity. originally from Buffalo, Rhea is one of the 9 who answers the call to action by recruiting an all-female crew to shoot and edit the stories of these extraordinary women.
